Description
Single Shapes is a package of 25 fabric cuts in a color of choice. Packages can be ordered by Leaders or by Mix. Leaders are fabrics that have a certain shape that is 1″ or bigger that can be cut out, like a flower, a circle, a paisley. Single Shapes Mix are fabrics that have no shape to be cut out. Think blenders, multi-colored prints. In my book: Followers, Connectors and Kisses.
Single Shapes can be a mix of regular cottons and batiks, since all these fabrics can be mixed in a collage as well.
Packaged are completely random. The cuts are true cuts going anywhere from .5″ – 5″ and are in most cases not suitable for piecing. It is a very planned way of finding scraps for collage. This is the most affordable way to get variety for collage.
